- Return and exchange policies- At House of Ira, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exception – Wrong Product Received
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, we will assist you with a replacement under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof, clearly showing:
- The sealed package
- Opening of the package
- The product received
- The video must be continuous and unedited.
- Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the correct product.
