2. Exclusions

• Physical damage of any kind is not covered under this warranty.
• Product lock systems, including clasps, hooks, screws, and closures, are not covered.

3. Warranty Benefit

Under this warranty, customers are entitled to 25% of the product value, which can be redeemed on their next purchase with House of Ira.

4. Proof of Purchase

To claim warranty, the original bill and warranty card must be presented.

5. One-Time Claim

This warranty is applicable only once during the lifetime of the product.
